Lisa & Paul's Wedding at Prestwold Hall

Today was quite an exciting one for me as we don't often venture down to the wonderful Prestwold Hall. We were there good and early, partly to catch Lisa and the gang getting ready, but also so that I could eat my sandwiches while enjoying the gardens and grounds by myself :)

I loved the high key decor of the bridal suite room and got some lovely shots of everybody getting ready.

The very clever Tineke designed and produced Lisa's beautiful bouquet.

After a few quick shots of the fellas arriving, we popped back upstairs for one last peep at the preparations.

Photography during the ceremony was discreet, from a distance at the back.

After a few family shots outside in the gardens, it was back to our usual photojournalistic style of working for a while, documenting everybody enjoying the day.

I won't repeat my joke about how well that horse posed again :)

Yes, in the above shot, Paul's socks are indeed yellow and black. More on that soon.

After the wedding breakfast and speeches we got the chance, sorry, the children got the chance to play on the playground equipment tucked away in the corner of the gardens.

Below stands the finest dressed bunch of Burton Albion fans ever to be seen, proudly showing off their team colours :)

Thank you for being such great subjects, we had a fab day!
Congratulations Lisa & Paul!
