Anne was getting ready in the split-level apartment upstairs, so it was an easy wander up to get some 'before' shots.
We had to get a shot of Stuart by the stylish main door.
Then back upstairs to see the finishing touches!
Coverage during the ceremony was nice and discreet, shooting from the back with a good wide angle lens to really capture the character of the ceremony room.
I loved the way the light bounced around and almost spotlit the couple while they signed the registers. Though it was a tougher job to make sure that flower in the windowsill didn't shoot up from Stuart's head for the official shot :)
The couple's daughters were their bridesmaids, so we paid special attention to getting some ace shots of them, both in a photojournalistic style, and as a family later on...
I even managed to catch Stuart showing his creative side :)
The one thing I love more than anything about the Cathedral Quarter Hotel is that our photowalks are unique. To be able to get shots around the sumptuous surroundings of the hotel and then within a few minutes be able to explore in areas like the one above is just amazing!
After a few family shots like the one above, we sent the girls back to relax while I worked Anne and Stuart a bit harder on the urban stage of our photowalk...
Finally arriving back at the hotel to make the most of the amazing interiors.
Congratulations Anne & Stuart!
